Uggcentre
Took my money and did not give product

I purchased boots on uggcentre.com. They took the money and did not send my boots. Can't get on site anymore. Sometimes site comes up and sometimes its in chinese. I have been emailing back and forth but there response makes no sense. I never got a tracking number. I no longer can see on there site what i purchased. I have been trying to get a refund from them but it isnt working. This was during cyber monday so i thought i was getting a deal because when the site first came up it said ugg australia so i thought it was legit. I was wrong
