I ordered boots, the site processed my payment but never gave me an order or tracking numbe

I purchased Ugg bootsonline from a site my niece sent me. When I checked out, my payment was processed buy no order or tracking number was given to me. I immediately emailed the site and received the following:

I have never received the tracking order or order number and now when I attempt to access the site, I get an error message regarding the Server. Please help me!
