Allgopay.com Charged my bank for Ugg boots, websites disappeared, never received anything

Ordered Ugg Boots from uggcentre.com on 11/30/10. Allgopay.com charged my bank $98.06 on 12/3/10. Both websites disappeared and I received no boots! Below is the name and address as it appears on my bank statement. Is there any recourse?
