I ordered a pair of ugg boots for $92.00from uggcentre.com on 11/30/10 using my visa card. On 12/3/10 the payment was processed thru vcpayment.com for $94.96. I tried contacting both companies via email to stop the transaction but uggcentre.com said the boots had already been shipped and i would recieve a tracking # in 2 - 3 days. I finally recieved a tracking # on 12/16/10 and the tracking # is no good. I have sent numerous emails to both companies and no one can tell me where my boots are or give me my money back. This is ridiculous that a place of business can do this to soo many people. I have sent an email to both companies giving til 12/21/10 to either recieve my boots or my money or i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & an attorney. Any input on what i might do to recieve my money back will be helpful. Thank you for your time and help.
