I ordered two pair of uggs boots over 3 weeks ago. After recieving the order comformation, the sizes were wrong, so I e-mailed them so I they could get them right.in broken grammar, they told me not to worry and they would correct it with another size.
(that wasn't right either).
I sent two more e-mails about my order and they never responded. I asked for shipping info, they wouldn't provide me with any. All i recieved was an order # (that means nothing to me). I don't know what recorse I might have but as of right now, I'm out $179.00.
Do not order from these people! I don't think they are even in America now that I've looked into their company. They can't type and after reading their policies, they don't even make sence. I've really messed up and this is the last time I will order anything off the internet. My husband is livid with me for not checking them out first.
Let this be a lesson for you (and me). Don't order from this site!
