CIC Credit Monitor Service
Charged my credit card without my authorization. I paid for my credit reports when I had them pulled

I requested credit reports for myself 7 my husband during a a home refinance. I paid for those reports when I requested them. I never asked to be signed up for any credit monitoring service. I was checking my credit card balance online and noticed the charge. I called and it is supposed to be removed and credited back to me.
