My situtation with this company matches the previous reports. Real Property Management received my deposit of $395.00 and fulfilled only part of the contract. My home was listed on various web sites and that's it.
I was told by an agent that many people were interested and a time would be set up to show my home. My home was NEVER SHOWN to prospective tenants. I could never enter their website to contact them.
There was ALWAYS some previous appointments that an agent had to keep. For example: going out of town, attending a funeral... I would ALWAYS have to call their office to receive a status or update. They didn't even have the courtesy of returning the keys to my home. A very, very dishonest business.
