I have had my manufactured home for sale through this co since 9/15/03. The agent I have never stays in contact and locked me in their contract for 9 months. I called the broker, and he was obnoxious with me and slammed the phone in my ear. He refuses to give me a release from my contract. His agent, Peggy Ann Golemo is not doing her job, and never contacts me. I have to call her. When I do, she has a buyer from out of state, which doesn't exist. She claims she has been showing my property, but there is no sign of the house ever being shown, she never lets a business card, she never calls saying she is showing the property, the neighbors never see anyone going in to my home, my ex - husband lives here and says nobody has been here to his knowledge to show the home. Is this a good professional Real Estate agent? No! She has lied to me all along, and her boss did not have to talk to me in an arrogant manor. I am very uncomfortable letting this company sell my property. I don't even want them on my property.
