My experience is simple. Was shown a home that was "not listed" yet, just came available! We decided that we liked the home. The man who toured us informed us that the home had not yet been serviced since the prev tenants "just vacated" I asked if the home would be cleaned and repaired. He answered "yes". We come in to sign our lease and fork over our $3300 to include the $200 non refundable admin fee! Lol! I go straight to the property and it is a wreck! Mice feces and holes all over the garage and a huge green trash can full of trash, not to mention the FILTH from behind the refrigerator and the disgusting grease and food! I took lots of pictures and immediately contact RPM! OF course no one called me back. It finally took contacting the home owner to get someone to call me back. I spoke with a very rude woman who could really care less, stating that we got the house in "as is" condition! She basically told me that this was not her problem. Thank heaven for the Maint man who met me at the house and took note of the condition of the house! He was the only sane one, and agreed to fix and clean the house for move in the following weekend. I also spoke to the owner of RPM and man he was a piece of work as well... Rude, unconcerned and made it a point to tell me that they would not prorate my rent the 11 days that I was unable to move into the home due to FILTH. We have yet to do a walk through, and dont have any keys to our new home, so we will see what move in tomorrow is gonna look like!!! We are so disappointed in their lack of professionalism and concern for their tenants! I wish we would have never called on any of their properties! They are a joke and I would not recommend anyone rent through this company!!!
