Service lost due to addition of 4G frequencies

T-Mobile has added 4G service before the hardware and software was capable of handling the extra bandwidth. As a result, very many people can no longer make phone calls. T-Mobile says they have no plans to fix the problem and I will not be able to get my money back. They are not only too big to fail, they are too big to answer to the people or the government. They operate a defective business with impunity.
