I purchased net detective in September and quickly found out that it was worthless it did nothing that it was supposed to do and the things it did do you could do without it. I asked for my money back, they had me download a form to fill out and send back. I did this and kept on them they finally e-mailed me that my money would be posted in 5-10 days when that time elapsed I contacted them and they said it was a bank error and they would have to wait and try it again, they have done this three different times so far I keep nagging them about it and they keep lieing.
I reported them to the BBB but it's not there first complaint about them. I have been trying for three months and still nothing. I would be carefull and not do any business with anypart of the parent company, (cyberspace to paradise Inc) they can be contacted at http://www.harrisdigitalsupport.com unless they change that again theve done that twice so far also.
