Net detective-yet aka harris digital publishing rip-off

I ordered Net Detective last June and I'm STILL arguing with them (when I can REACH them, that is...) I have ALL my documentation from my bank, etc. And they still insist that they never even ok'd the order. I t took me three months just to find them again-don't attempt to call, write or e-mal-they're NOT THERE. LOSS: $29.00.
