Have been on the phone with verizon now for over 3 hours and still on hold. Their customer service is terrible. The best thing about it, is I am trying to make a payment and not able to. They keep transferring me from one department to the next. Who is their right mind has 3 hours to pay a bill.
Unbelievable!!! This is not the first time this clown company has done this! They need to test the calls more accurately and see the time each consumer needs to spend on the phone with them. And, nothing accomplished!!!
