I ordered 2 cases of coffee from cheapercoffee.Biz. My credit card was charged weeks before the coffee came. When I placed an inquiry, customer service stated that my coffee was backordered. I threatened to cancel the payment and a case of coffee showed up that week. It contained only 72 pods, not 84 as advertised. I contacted the company several times about the missing 12 coffee pods. I never got an answer. My second case of coffee arrived a few weeks later containing 84 pods.
I have not heard from them in weeks, despite contacting them weekly.
Do not use this site. It is not a reputable site.
