I accepted an introductory offer & did receive the coffee & 2 mugs however... I received 2 more bags of coffee 1 week later (9/18/08). I never asked for weekly shipments & was told this would be a monthly shipment. I called to cancel the account today (9/18/08) & was informed ANOTHER shipment of 2 more bags went out today!
Highly unethical business practices & quite frankly Gevalia is a better coffee & more reasonable priced.
