I signed up for an "introductory offer" of 2 bags of coffee and a grinder for $9.00. I have received nothing but they have already taken $72.95. I called and after numerous tries, did reach a live person. They claim that my order is in the process of being shipped... A total of 6 bags of coffee... Due to some unexplained process that each person receives 3 bags of coffee a week! In order to cancel my 'membership' I have to send my order back - on my dime of course.
