Signed lease with LeaseComm nearly four years ago. Never received merchant machine. However, LeaseComm continued to remove monthly charges directly from our bank account for next four years. Our business went out-of-business, LeaseComm's lease prevented us from closing our business bank account.
Bank said since we owed money to LeaseComm they couldn't close account. We ended up paying additional $250.00 to close account. Over the past four years we have paid $4,000.00 to LeaseComm for no machine, no nothing. Since one cannot stop the lease, one keeps paying. Rip-off? I call this stealing. It is beyond rip-off. If you don't pay LeaseComm, they get themselves put on your credit report as a bad debt.
How can they do this? I want my money back. Yes, the company representatives do laugh at you when you call to complain. Arrogant? Horrible?
