The Company above and beyond what everybody else know's about them, (they are liers and scam artist). *They have once again been taking the empty 2lb blue bag's of Proprietary Puronics "HYGIENE" used for the yearly annual maintenance/top filter change in their water filtration systems, that have been brought back to the office by the servic tech's, and they have been re-filling them with low grade material bought from HD SUPPLY and re-sealing them with a food sealer in both the back room of the office in Longwood after hours, and at the General Manager Ronald Ramchand's home!
Their service personal have been forced to use these re-filled bag's out on the regular service routes against their own good intention's all over the state, some just don't care at all though... Just one small instance of this; the company through December and thru into May of less than 2 cases of real Puronic Hygiene @ 25 bags per case were used on the service routes, (and that was only because the boxes were opened without the GM's approval and he was pissed it was opened!!!).
You judge the number's... A half a dozen service tech's/installer's working 6 day's a week, some doing only 3 to 4 specific annual maintenances a day due to specific's, and other's doing 6,7 and 8 annual maintenances a day!!! And that's not counting all the times in between on specific interval's that they have been doing it for year's!
Just in that 6 month time frame alone... Hundred's upon hundred's upon hundred's, upon hundreds of ripped of consumer frauded and scammed consumer's, and just in that one style of it!!!
You have not been getting "bacteriostatic carbon" in your "bacteriostatic" unit!!! And you don't even want unless your a lawyer for me to get into the specifics and the domino effect it has on the unit by doing this, specifically with the IQ head unit's...
*Even when I started there like 5 year's ago, the first annual maintenance I ever did, the carbon was not regular in three bag's, it was re-bagged then as well. It looked differant and when I asked the guy who was training me at the time he just said "trust me, I know it look's funny, but just use it", " it's Ionic Carbon, it's just a differant batch, that's all." They do it on specific interval's, and they do it all the time with a specific employee's. They have a part swapper guy who is worse than the looser mechanic who will crimp your brake line on your car when it's up on the lift for a simple oil change just to have more unecessary cost and repair!!!
They also have been outed at corporate for this, as well as Building Faux Defender Unit's in the back room and calling it a Puronic Product! Go to a local distributor get cheepest crap possable, slap a sticker on it, (usually the ones meant for a replacement tank), and BAM!!! Instant high priced Proprietary Defender from Puronics... NOT! They have been screwing Corporate as well as the customer base!!!
A Defender unit is merely a Fleck system you can get almost anywhere, but it just has the Ionic/Puronic "Bacteriostatic Carbon" on top instead of just regular carbon, or just silica bedding and resin period. That's all the defender unit is... Other than the unit's you get with the bacteriostatic carbon it it... Cause some don't... It's a fleck 5600 control valve, on a 10x54 polly tank... THAT'S IT! A real IQ, and one with a retainer on the bottom of the head unit like it's supposed too is nice, but a Defender... Really?
Even all the Silica Bedding and the Ion Exchange Resin they use for the "re-bedding" of unit's 99.95% of the time, are not Ionic/Puronic material either! All the material they use for re-bedding of the unit's come from a local distributor like HD SUPPLY and is not HIGH CAPACITY S-759 monospheric resin/uniformed beads. It is basic resin from local distributor's only, some of it is the most bottom grade you can get! All the silica bedding I've ever seen and gotten from Ionic's n.K.A. Puronic's is all a solid white silica, the crap that they use is multi-colored basic stuff. But they pawn off both as Proprietary Product, above and beyond re-filling and re-sealing the blue bag's!!!
Hell even most of the carbon Tower's when they build them themselves instead of getting it from either HD SUPPLY or THE LEVER EGDE for use on a the ICS pack's (Chlorination stsyem's used for well water)..instead of the regular 1.5 cf of carbon inside, it's only 1.0 only worth of carbon inside!!!
*and this doesn't even go into the used unit's that get put in as new, the ripping off of the part of the finnace paper that states the real finnace rate's and option's the service tech's and installer's are made to rip off, and if they don't or can't, they gate their pay deducted, or the part swapping while on service call's Ronald Ranchand the GM has his Minion's do!!! Both Al moses and his "loos*" son Alex watch and make sure that this goes on day after day after day and they just sit back and laugh!!!
... And yes alex i just called you a lo*er!!!
My suggestion is that of a simple one! Do not ever buy anything from them, and don't even bother getting your annual maintenance or part's replaced from them unless you can speak 2, and get the product/part's sent to your house from mr. Batist himself the ceo in california! Get all unopened bag's of resin, and or part's from corporate, and then be there when and if greatsouthern does the physical labor!!! If you cannot have the product sent from corporate, then you can bet that it's bunk!!!
Speak only to the ceo in cali and except nothing less!!! Remember he is corporate, but he is also out to only protect the name, so unless it is specifically an un-opened 2lb bag of hygiene or an un-opened 1 full cf bag of resin and all white silica sent to you from corporate, then don't believe it!!! They steal and lie from corporate, they steal and lie from their employee's and they steal and lie from you!!!
