I had a problem with my carbon filter attached to my water treatment system. I heard a clicking sound from the unit so I removed the cover and found a bad motor for the backwash valve. And the water was slowly seeping through the discharge tube. So I called Culligan thinking they could replace the motor. They said we don't make that model anymore and no parts are available. Turns out they charged me for a service call of $90 and then just forgot they never resolved the issue. Said that they would look around at other dealerships for the motor. It's been three weeks and still heard nothing until I received the service bill in the mail. I guess customer service is not their strong point. Still we waited until they tacked on a late fee. So buyer beware. I still have the problem.
