I had approximately 30 service calls for my a/c. I was told it was working properly even though nothing was coming out of the vents and the outside unit loudly made a whoom whoom sound. Finally, a contractor came out and said the inside unit was so badly rusted if we used the heat it would give off carbon monoxide and was so dangerous it could be deadly. It was unusable. Due to his, the first honest description in 30 visits they replaced the unit, but left it in the attic, even though disposal was part of the contract. He also found duct work problems, but coverage was denied, even though it was included in the contract. Finally, the outside unit that made the loud whoom noise started to make a screaming sound. That repair was denied due to my contract being cancelled. I have paid $57.00 per month, $60.00 per visit and their half wit liar contractors have caused over $6500 of damage to my a/c units for improper maintenance as they write up work orders for work never done and any other repairs are declined
