Try to stop me from changing to a cheaper rate plan and from cancelation and take phone# to another mobile phone service provider

After one month of service with Virgin moblie on the 60 dollar 30 day plan, I paid for the 40 $ plan the very next month on time which I was told I was not in a contract and could choose any 30 day plan I wanted. I used my AMX to pay, the charge was accepted and the virgin mobile service did not work for 2 days, after the charge was accepted by virgin by confirmatiom on my mobile that The payment has been made, but I have no service.

Then after calling Virgin mobile, they told me I had to pay 60 dollars or They would not activate my phone, I asked to let me swich to another mobile phone service and they said to pay 60 dollars to reactivate my phone, so I did pay the60$ and they still blocked me from taking the virgin phone # to another moblie phone service. Virgin mobile also will hide your account # from your online account so you will have a hard time providing this to the new service company that need this info to give to Virgin to make the swich.

Virgin Mobile does not listen to anything I wanted to do to help me end the ugly relationship with their terrible service. I would highly reconmend to stay away from Virgin Mobile if you do not want to be traped into becomming a helpless customer with no rights, only what they want, only your money. They are rip offs and deserve their name on this website. Sprint hides behine this name so they can start over to rip off people that never herd of SPRINT before. Sprint likes to cheat people and need this new name to start over. Stay away from Sprint because they are the same co. As Virgin Mobile usa. Is the best choice for me and I now have 4 phones with them. I warner they customer service people at Virgin I would make a complant to the ftc and rip off report, if they did not refund my money or turn my service on, they did not care and told me I have to wait for some one from the claims dept to contact me. Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
