I put an order for remotecontrol online. The moment I published purchase recognized forgot apt # named and talked to Alexis apx 10 min. She included the likely#. 10/15. Delivered 10/18. Now there's a $10.00 service-fee for not incorporating the likely quantity towards the purchase. Per telephone on 10/21 Talked with Oscar and he claims the purchase had previously delivered after I named? Reasoncause purchase was immediately delivered from online. 3days later. Whatis wrong with this particular? Clarify please 3day delivery in 10 minute?
