I positioned and purchase online on 24 Jan to get a Mustang Collection hoodie. After putting the purchase that is after I obtained a mail declaring their shipping period is 7-15 times. I never received my purchase. I created many calls and delivered many emails. I eventually talked with somebody on Thursday, 3 Feb and was informed "I'll return along with you" obviously no body actually did. I called again on Friday 5 Feb and Was informed once more I'll need to examine. After I told him to stop my purchase he explained "delay it's been delivered and you will be there Mon" (8 Feb). Friday, however no deal. I named and again on Tues 9 Feb I had been informed "we're not available and that I just responded the telephone since you keep calling." Actually I'd to contact 4 occasions to obtain one to reply. I again informed him to stop my purchase he explained he couldnt since they're not available. We subsequently experienced a hot dialogue and when I told him I had been confirming the company towards the BBB (Better Business Office) and my attorney I had been informed "I dont worry about your purchase" and he put up. I've since obtained 2 emails declaring that they're refunding my income. We will have.
