Not really a great organization to complete business with. We requested a Kitchenaid dishwasher on Jan 13. Fourteen days later I named to confirm purchase, customer support stated it had been being delivered, may have in per week. Per week later, no dishwasher. I called again, was informed, it had been being drawn from another factory and could be delivered that evening. Per week later, no dishwasher, I again named customer support who stated it'd be delivered "nowadays". I ended the purchase. They'd previously billed my charge card. I remained about the telephone until a contact verification of the charge card reimbursement was obtained.
