The watch was a gift from my girlfriend that was bought in March.in Nov it was dropped of to have a pin put in of course they forgot to send it out. When we got closer to March we couldn't find the watch only to find out that Kay still had it and it was not sent out this is now March.
I signed a ticket that if the watch got damaged in transport that they will exercise their insurance and replace if damage.
I received the watch back but did not accept because the face where the pin goes in was damaged and it was very noticable. This was in around June; now they won't fix because the damage is severe and now they're claiming that it was damaged before I dropped it off.
I know as everbody knows Jewelers don't send anything out without marking any flaws with the Item.
