Jake, at Ermitage Jewelers SOLD ME A FAKE ROLEX WATCH for almost $ 4,000.00. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! How do I get my money back? What I thought was a real Rolex watch turned out to be one GOOD FAKE ROLEX WATCH, A REPLICA! I called Ermitage Jewelers 4 times and Jake said that he will not give me my money back eventhough it's been less than 2 weeks since I came by their store and bought it. I WILL CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE A CHARGE BACK! Don't do business with Ermitage Jewelers, ermitagejewelers.com, www.hermitagejewelers.com. This is fraud! They sell fake rolex watches. I am so mad that they did this to me! I will file with bbb and consumer affairs! I want my money back for a FAKE ROLEX WATCH that they sold me! Jake is a lier there so is the rest of the staff.
