They canceled channels and did not notify me

They changed my channels and did not notify me that they were even doing it, and then when I was transfered twice was treated very badly and was told they had the right to change my channels and I still had to pay for it, and told me that I still have to pay a cancellation fee of 112.00 and still pay my bill.
