Dishnetwork removed channels without notify costumers and continued to charge for the same package under the same contract

I signed an 18 month contract with dishnetwork for 250 channels
including bein and fox soccer channels. Suddenly they completely removed the fox soccer channel from my package whitout notify

Me. When i called them they want me to downgrade from 250 to 120 channels then adds fox soccer channel for an extra 18 dollards. I think that a breach in the contract. Remember when you signed a contract you cannot download
