TMOBILE has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. What is even more disturbing is that it offers the cusotmer the ability to use the web to make payments, etc., but have you noticed? There is no "email us" option available. How does that happen in the 21st century??? Tmobile's sales force focuses on lying over the phone about the terms of service you are signing up for... But when a situation comes up (like garbage customer service or billing snafu's) and you get one of their "friendly" customer service representatives on the phone, you find out all sorts of things that the sales idiot didn't tell you. Things like 411 calls - you're on your own and have NO support from TMOBILE if a 411 operator screws you by providing the wrong information. TMOBILE takes NO responsibility and NO accountability for the errors. You literally have to demand the floor manager to get some cooperation. And if you choose to give them additional business by adding a line to your account - BEWARE - you will be entered into a new 2yr contract even though you are adding it to your account. I found this out the hard way. I am waiting for my contract to expire and then I am DUMPING TMOBILE like a bad habit. Anytime you ask to speak to a supervisor - - there is NEVER one available. There are times when the phone jockey on the other end who is likely playing web games while you're talking to them or surfing the internet - will try to convince you into a call-back... But that never happens so you can forget that. Tmobile has the worst customer service i have ever encountered. The call center must be hiring drop-outs from high school to answer their phones and their customer base is suffering for it. If you are thinking about signing up with tmobile - don't. You will regret it. I sent a letter today to their TMOBILE HQ in New Mexico because a telephone number is never provided - - they seem to be paralyzed when the thought of addressing an unresolved issue is raised. I cannot believe, in this economy, that TMOBILE WOULD TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS so POORLY and manage to stay in business. If you have ever experienced a problem with TMOBILE: STOP! Do not get roped into another contract by their scandelous sales reps. Wait until your contract expires and DUMP THEM.
