TMOBILE is a HORRIBLE company to do business with!!! I have had more probems than you can even imagine! Unfortunately i have done business with them for over 10 years. and so far... horrible!!! Butttt... You ALWAYS have a "contract" soooo...
I NEVER get service! Tmobile has "reset" my service as well as multiple family members' service multiple times! Nothing has ever changed. I have been stranded "downtown" and at concerts and different places MANY MANY MANY times and with "NO service" only bc TMOBILE will not connect.
They have offered to give me a new SIM card... (at least 3 times now) and "reset" my service... At least 5 times now... And I've gone in multiple times. Guess what!!! Nothing has been better... And they STILL WONT DO ANYTHING NEW!
Sooooo eff u tmobile... U have horrible customer service and service in general! Please do not do business with them. You will regret it. I promise.
