Phone calls daily, past 3 weeks or so, never answered until today. They claim to be collecting on a debt, but will not send documentation to prove it. My wife works for a collection agency here in Seattle and she is investigating it at her company as fraud. Her garnishment attorney says he knows of the company in question and everything that they are doing is against the FCRA and every law that pertains to the industry.
