Comcast
Internet Price Higher Than Promised After First Month

Was promised to be charge 19.99 plus tx and modem rental for Internet service and now they are charging 41.61 after 1st month of service. After several attempts to resolve situation with customer support now they say can not do anything because system will not allow them to do so. Please advice on what to do, other than cancel service since it will be my last resort.
