I'am writing in regards to SBC. I talked to Mrs Valdez all I can say is Wow those people will tell a fib faster than anybody I have ever talked to. I orderd DSL 11/11/03 they told me that I would have to change my phone line in order to recieve SBC DSL. I did they changed it out on the 18 everthing was great at that time.
I called on the 21st and told them my Dsl was not working she said that it's not even going to be up untill Dec 2 I told them they promised to get it up by 21 She said "Oh well its not a garntee time and they will get to it when they get. I told them that I wanted to talk to a Manger she said that she was one and I don't need to go any higher than her because they whould tell me the same thing. "MAN THATS FRUSTRATING" I told Mrs Valdez that she couldn't help me and I want to talk to her Boss Well next thing I knew there was a dail tone.
That company has the worst service I have ever seen if I can I'm going to try to go back to my old service, provided I can get my phone back. Good luck for me.
