Have gone to the same jiffy lube told them just to change the oil but the asst manger took out my air filters and cabin trying to sale me them but did not advance me first before he did they are still good and not necessarily for that asked him why told me part of the service never did it before told him to leave it alone was not told to do it so he got an attitude saying I was be load with him ask first the manger did not want me to talk to him and after that he put my car back together and grown me out without service my car have gone there off and on for years and never got told to leave so Shawn gave me his boss and the owner card give me my car without doing his job jiffy lube overpriced everything there want 41.99 plus taxes for an oil change and overpriced air and cable fitlers by double the price you can buy it in the store wanted 27.99 for an air filter I can buy it for 13.00 and cable or 19.99 I can get for 8.99 and then the think your gonna to get it from them all I wanted was a fast overpriced oil changes but Shawn was trying to ripped me off by saying I need soft don't go to jiffy lube#2100 2715 w Peoria ave phoenix Arizona there don't know what their doing on soft just oil changes in going to talk to manger on Monday Dennis plants and the owner about getting their rude asst manger Shawn fired for trying to ripoff me and others I stopped going there but the last 3 time was good but when you ask for a fast oil changes and get him trying to ripped on soft you don't need all I know is in AZ better watch were you go to get your car service everyone trying to overpriced and sale you soft you don't need and jiffy lube inexperienced people should not be working on cars just oil there prices are hire the the dealership on every thing all I know I'm pissed want to get an oil change and did not get that done thank you very much Shawn of #2100 for nothing your a rude guy and need to be gone from the auto service industry you don't know how to do the job and talk to people stop trying to ripoff people or you be fired like Joe has been
