Reardon Poll and Spa
Took my $18,000.00 deposit while waiting on loan and would not refund it when loan did not go through

Reardon needed deposit to sign contract for loan application. When loan did not go throught they kept the 18,000.00 deposit woth only a line drawing compleated.

Stan Loyd seemed good to work with ad stated deposit would be refunded if loand did not go through. But when it came time for the refund Ranny Reardon siad Stan did not disclose pool was based on loan approval and the contrrat was owed.

Based on the store I think this company if folding up.
