I signed a contract with Reardon construction for a pool and spa. After 4 of the 6 progress payment had been made and the work was completed, reardon ordered me to pay a payment for the "tile and decking" however only part of the tile and decking was complete. I told them to complete the tile work and they would be paid immediately. They told me they would complete it in the spring. I of course disagreed and refused to pay 10800.00 for work that was not complete.
They then filed a lien on my property without completing thier contractual obligation. I then retained counsel and began a civil lawsuit for wrongful lien and breach of contract. They then tried to come out immediatley and finish the work. No way! Im going forward with my lawsuit
Do not ever do business with these scumbags they are crooks.!!
