I was contacted by this company saying that I was approved for a $5,000.00. That I could either put my car title up for collateral, get a co-signer or pay the first four monthly payments up front. I decided to pay the first four monthly payments. Once I did that I was contacted again saying that the lender's insurance needed another deposit because of my bad credit history. So I paid another four months. Then I get another call saying that the lender that was chosen for my loan backed out of the agreement all together and that they were able to get another loan for me but that this loan was for $10,000.00. And because of the higher loan that I had to pay another deposit. When I explained that I did not have the full amount for the last deposit they said they would allow me to pay half if I promised to pay if back as soon as I received my loan. They even sent me a letter or gaurentee saying that if I paid this lady deposit I would get my loan. So I paid the last half of the deposit and was suppose to receive my loan the next day. Needless to say I didn't receive my loan and I can not get in contact with anyone at the company.
