I bought some items on Brick Train Shop before Christmas, hoping to surprise my 6yr old boy. To my dismay. I also recieved a handful of instuction manuals. I think that the owners of this online store would have noticed that this is an issue, with all of the complaints that I have read, now that I have researched the company.
I would advise that NO ONE purchase anything from this company.
I lost money from the purchase and send the manuals back, and because I live in Canada, I had to pay quite a bit more to ship the manuals back.
Also, I selected 'large box' in the shipping selection, which is considerably more expensive than the other shipping options, and they actually CHARGED me for a large box, when I received an envelope full of manuals.
THey didn't refund the full total, and I expected to have a refund minus the ACTUAL shipping cost. They refunded $20 less.
All in all, this was a horrible experience, and we thought we were purchasing Lego, not Lego manuals. My husband and I looked at the website together, and we were both duped.
As someone else mentioned, please contact the BBB and continue to post your complaints.
