What a bunch of rip off artists, I went to their office and the sales pitch was heavy and emotional and I fell for it. I do not typically fall for anything, but I fell hard. They assured me that there were people in my area to date and once they had me signed up and I went on-line, it was obvious that they were not being truthful at all.
I called them and told them I wanted to cancel and offered to pay them for the services they had already provided and they refused to discuss it. They said Rhode Island does not have a recision law and that I had signed a contract and I had to honor it. I spoke to someone in the main office and it was just all the same from him as from the office in Providence.
It really was very heartless, cold and calculating and I am terribly disappointed in them and myself. I have never made such a bad financial move in my life and I feel ashamed and have not even been able to tell my friends because I feel so bad. The only redeeming thing so far has been finding this site and realizing I am not alone and everything that everyone else has said they were told I heard also. What a shame that any business would have such bad business practices and promote them to all of their offices. This is not a service business, but a rip off business.
