I placed an order 6/19. I was told it would be a rush order and I would receive it by 7/3. Lots of time passed and I didn't receive my order. I contacted Claire's Bowtique to check the status and was told there was no update and then that rush orders are not guaranteed (even though I have it writing being told it would be a rush order). It wasn't until mid-July I found out my order would not be a rush order. And that's only because I contacted them, they didn't bother to tell me this. Then I was provide with a USPS tracking # on 7/30 and told it would ship 7/31. As of today, 9/2, the tracking # is still showing as an invalid #. I tried to conact CLaire's 3 times about the matter and have not received an answer other than they are looking into it. I tried to dispute with paypal and paypal closed the case, not in my favor. Buyer beware!
