Back in June, I came across Amiees facebook page - Claires Bowtique. I loved some of her designs. I emailed her to see if she would be interested in doing a trade. She wrote back stating she would love to and gave me a list of the items from my store that she loved. The items totaled over $100.00. I then chose about 75.00 in product from her and we agreed she would send me a check for the difference. I trusted her that she was good for her word and she would deliver as promised. I shipped her items out right away and waited for my items to arrive I waited and waited and waited. When she finally wrote me back it was in July and she said my item was shipping that week. I wrote her all week and asked for the tracking number and I just received one excuse after another. After a couple weeks of this - she told me she would remake a few of the items and resend them to me by the beginning of August.
On her facebook page she listed that she ad shipped out my items, yet never provided me a tracking number. I asked her just about daily for my tracking number and I was given every excuse in the book - the tracking numbers are at the office, the tracking numbers are on my husbands computer, the tracking numbers were sent already. Well I never received the tracking numbers or the packages. My posts are now deleted and my messages go unanswered. All I was trying to do was have some cute outfits made for my daughter and in return I'm sad to say I found a scam artist. She is very good at putting you off. I wanted to believe in her so I offered to file a report with the post office and my local police department. If she had sent 2 packages and neither arrived then I would think she would want everything done to find them. All i asked her for was the tracking numbers to put on the reports to file them. She never sent them. I have done many trades with other facebook stores and I am proud to say that everyone but Claires Bowtique is true to their word and I hope one day Amiee you keep to your word and send out what you have promised to people.
