I ordered hair accessories for my infant daughter in April to coordinate with her first mother's Day outfit. The owner, Amiee McCarty Sima, advised that the items were ready to ship and that I would have them soon. Weeks went by and nothing. The items never arrived in time for Mother's Day. They've actually never arrived.
When I emailed her requesting the status of my order, she responded by saying the items had shipped and included smiley face graphics. With every passing week, I would request a tracking number but she would ignore the messages. Every week she would send me a different message advising it had shipped out that day and I could expect it soon.
4 weeks later, nothing. She now ignores my emails. When I post my questions to her facebook fan page, she deletes the posts and messages me privately with smiley face graphics. The only actual responses I receive are from other people stating they are former clients who have also been ripped off.
