I am following up to see if there's any class action suit pending against this company. WOW! It's been 18 months now, since I got ripped-off by iMarket Solutions. I've called and wrote a letter to the Maryland secretary of state and FTC. They are still in business after all this time? This company needs to be stopped! I learned about the company via a fax solicitation I received, which by the way I thought was illegal nowadays. Anyway, I then got in touch with a rep named Philip.initially, he and I spoke for a good 30 mins and he called me everyday for about 3 days. He sounded great, knowledgeable, and promising. Finally, I sent my order for $2,300 for 100 internet debt leads. I was promised to get 3 leads per day, which I never did. Nine days later, I rec'd three leads. From those three leads were bogus-BS. The three customers I contacted don't have any debt at all. I even checked our national creditor database and was able to validate their statements. I called and left messages for Philip to return my call. I called again and finally got a hold of him. I explained the problems and the agreement per our contract. He said to note and fax them back to our exchange dept and they will credit some new leads. Next day I rec'd no leads, following day I got 3 leads and they were all the same. Every time I called someone, I get NO return calls. I called, fax, wrote letters to the company. All goes no answer. Every day I called hoping I reach Philip. And when I do he promises the same thing. He will take care of it. He promises, and those promises quickly turn into lies. This goes on for about 2 months started to pick up again for the summer, so I finally give up trying to reach them. But I still want my money back! Eleven months have gone by. They are still in business ripping people off for their investment. For the victims of this company, please do phone or write to the Maryland Secretary of State or the FTC. For the ones thinking about sending your money to this company. Do a search on them first and take a lesson from my crooked experience. They are bad business and a rip-off. You have my support for a class action suit on this company.
