I initially joined Service Magic to get leads to help our business. From day one they did not provide us a real lead. They gave us bogus leads in which the people we had called were irritated or did not know why we had called.
After signing up for the day we inform them that we wanted to quit but they did not take us off their list. They kept sending us leads and charging us for leads even after we told them we did not want to continue to do business with them. I told my credit card company to do a charge back since service was not render.
They are a fake company which tries to get money by ripping people off and sending them bogus leads. We need to find a way to put them out of business because they will continue to rip people off.
Is there a way we can all form together to sue them and put them out of business for good!
