I don't know when ling companies like this are going to get in huge troubles, this machine doesn't work, you can not get abs by working out your abs, you will have to remove the fat that is covering your abs...
You need cardio, 30-60 minutes per day and you also need to have good nutrition, having 5-6 small meals a day.
You will have to stop having junk food and sugar too...
