I purchased an item, paid extra for express shipping and received nothing even after 2 weeks. 12 days after I ordered, I contacted extendedlengths.com and was told ONLY THEN that they did NOT process the order and that they sent me an email informing me of this. I check my mail everyday and I received NO SUCH EMAIL. This product was for a cancer patient who is losing hair, and this may not be extendedlengths.com's problem, but common business courtesy and ethics are expected from any decent online company.
