Ripoff deceptive sales practice and no response after refund requests

I ordered sales leads from SRC leads, sales person promised that leads will be within 10 miles of my business, in Diamond BAR, in LA county, but when the leads arrived, I noticed all the leads were Northern CA, So I call three times and left messages, every time when I called no one answered the phone, and I wrote three emails, and I send back the leads, with the copy of sales contract, and clear explanation of the return. But nothing happened. The website cleary display the BBB member, so do not be taken in by those swindlers.
