The Franklin Mint says they guarantee satisfaction but don't EVER let them get your charge account number. I called to cancel what was supposed to be a buy as they come out coin program and then discovered they charged me for the entire collection that will take years to receive. I said I didn't authorize, they said I did and it had been too long ago to get Discover to handle it so I agreed to accept the "credit" they would give me. Placed an order MONTHS AGO that they still don't have in stock and don't know when they will have it in stock!!! I would not buy from them again!!
