Approximately 3 months ago i ordered the obama presidential coin for $4.95 when i recieved the coin there was also roosevelt coin included. The price was $39.95. I did not order this coin. Approximately a month later i recieved a bill for $39.95. I then wrote a short note advisins the american mint that i did not order the roosevelt coin and returned it to american mint. On 3-21 my visa debit card was charged $39.95. I also understand that this very same situation accured to an indvidual in Texas. When i contacted the mint they wewe very rude and claimed the the roosevelt coin was not returned. After further investigation, the coin was actually returned to stock for ready shipment to the next customer. I have requested a full refund in addition to the $40.00 service charge i was charged by my bank.
