I ordered a coin from the Franklin mint on 3/5/10. Since about 3/17/10 I have been e mailing them about my order, since when you call them you get a busy signal. It was an offer with a promotion code for free shipping. After about 15 e mails, I received a phone call today (4/14/10. They said they have no record of my order. I told them, under 'my account' it stated that the order was processed on 3/5/10, including the last 4 numbers of my credit card #. The status was "not shipped." I checked my credit card and it was not billed. I asked the caller if he can place the order now. He said "no" and hung up. I then tried to place the order again, using the promotion code for free shipping and guess what message I received? The promotion code is expired! Now I ask you, why would a company send out an ad with a promo code, delay shipping, only to save the $7.95 in shipping costs? I order coins from about 7 different companies, but never again from the Franklin mint.
